Shipping Policy

Most products ship direct from the manufacturer, distributor or other retailers.  Sometimes, products will ship from 365 Golf Design. Tracking information is provided for all orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products will follow the manufacturer's warranty. For any warranty claim issues, you can reach out to the manufacturer or 365 Golf Design to resolve the issue.

365 Golf Design has a 15-day return window on functioning products and subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer pays for return shipping.  For any products deemed damaged or not functioning, we reserve the right to issue no refund. For any cancelled orders that have not shipped yet, a 90% refund will be given to cover our payment processing fees.

All sales are final on custom orders such as custom screens or motorized rollers.
